• Daily motivational affirmations related to cryptocurrency and Web3
• Task management features
• Mini-games for entertainment
• Optional Solana wallet integration
• Access to third-party services such as Jupiter Swap

3. Wallet Connection (Optional)

Wallet connection is entirely optional. You are not required to connect a wallet to use the App's core features (affirmations, tasks, games).

If you choose to connect your Solana wallet:

• You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet and private keys
• We do NOT have access to your private keys or seed phrases
• We are NOT responsible for any loss of funds resulting from wallet compromise
• Never share your private keys or seed phrases with anyone
• Use a secure wallet application

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise the App
• Maintain the security of your device and any connected wallets
• Be responsible for all activities conducted through your account

5. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services including but not limited to:

• Jupiter Aggregator (for token swaps)
• Solana blockchain network
• Various wallet providers

These services have their own terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the operation, availability, or security of third-party services.

6. No Financial Advice

This App does not provide financial, investment, or legal advice. All affirmations and content are for motivational and entertainment purposes only. Cryptocurrency investments carry significant risk. Always do your own research and consult with qualified professionals before making financial decisions.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Merchantability
• Non-infringement
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall NOT be liable for:

• Any loss of funds or cryptocurrency
• Market losses or volatility
• Wallet security breaches
• Third-party service failures
• Data loss
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

9. Blockchain Transactions

You acknowledge that:

• All blockchain transactions are irreversible
• Transaction fees (gas fees) are non-refundable
• Network congestion may delay or prevent transactions
• We have no control over the Solana blockchain network

10. Data Storage

All data is stored locally on your device. We do not store your data on any cloud servers or external databases. This includes:

• Personal preferences (name, theme)
• Favorite affirmations
• Task lists
• Game progress and carrot balance
• Wallet addresses (when connected)

If you uninstall the App or clear app data, all information will be permanently deleted.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
