• NO personal information - We don't collect names, emails, phone numbers, or addresses
• NO private keys or seed phrases - We never have access to your wallet credentials
• NO financial data - We don't track your transactions or portfolio
• NO location tracking - We don't access your GPS or location services
• NO analytics services - We don't use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or similar tracking tools
• NO advertising networks - We don't share data with advertisers

2. Information Stored Locally on Your Device

The following information is stored exclusively on your device using local storage (SharedPreferences):

• App Preferences:
  • Your chosen name for personalized greetings
  • Selected theme (Midnight Blue, Sunrise, Lavender, or Forest Calm)
  • Haptic feedback settings
  • Affirmation filter preferences
• App Usage Data:
  • Current streak count
  • Last check-in timestamp
  • Longest streak achieved
  • Total affirmations viewed
  • Favorite affirmation IDs
• Task Management:
  • Your daily task list
  • Task completion status
  • Optional task URLs or app links
• Game Data:
  • Total carrots earned in Tap the Rabbit game
  • Remaining taps in current session
  • Last session timestamp
• Wallet Information (Optional):
  • Your Solana wallet public address (ONLY if you choose to connect)
  • We DO NOT store private keys, seed phrases, or transaction history

3. Wallet Connection (Optional Feature)

Connecting a wallet is completely optional. The App functions fully without wallet connection. If you choose to connect:

• We only access your public wallet address
• We use Mobile Wallet Adapter protocol for secure connections
• Your private keys NEVER leave your wallet application
• You can disconnect at any time from Settings
• Wallet address is stored locally only, never transmitted to us

4. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with the following third-party services. Each has its own privacy policy:

• Jupiter Aggregator: Used for token swap functionality
  • Accessed via embedded WebView
  • Jupiter may collect data according to their privacy policy
  • We do not control or have access to Jupiter's data collection
• Solana Blockchain: Public blockchain network
  • All blockchain transactions are public and permanent
  • Wallet addresses and transactions are visible on blockchain explorers
  • This is the nature of public blockchains, not specific to our App
• Wallet Providers: Solana Seeker
  • These apps have their own privacy policies
  • We recommend reviewing their terms before connecting

5. Data Security

Since all data is stored locally on your device:

• Data security depends on your device's security (PIN, biometrics, encryption)
• We recommend keeping your device secure with a strong password
• Enable device encryption if available
• Be cautious when sharing your device with others

6. Data Retention and Deletion

You have full control over your data:

• All data is stored locally on your device
• Uninstalling the App permanently deletes all data
• Clearing app data in device settings also deletes everything
• There is NO way to recover data after deletion (no cloud backup)
• Disconnecting your wallet removes the stored wallet address

7. Children's Privacy

Daily Rabbit Confirmation is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with information, please contact us immediately.

8. International Users

The App can be used globally. Since all data is stored locally on your device, there is no cross-border data transfer. However, third-party services (Jupiter, Solana) may operate internationally.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of any material changes by:

• Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy
• Displaying a notice in the App (for significant changes)

Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

10. Your Rights

Since we do not collect or store your data on our servers, traditional data rights (access, deletion requests, etc.) do not apply in the usual sense. However:

• You can view all locally stored data via the App's Settings
• You can delete all data by uninstalling the App or clearing app data
• You control whether to connect a wallet
• You can request information about our privacy practices at any time

11. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

Since we do not collect, sell, or share personal information, CCPA disclosure requirements do not apply. We do not sell personal information to third parties.

12. European Union Users (GDPR)

For users in the EU:

• We are a data controller for locally stored data on your device
• Legal basis for processing: Your consent and contract performance
• Data portability: You can export favorites and tasks manually
• Right to erasure: Uninstall the App or clear app data
